Why do some retailers say "Shop Now" and others say "Add to Cart"?

Great question! Whether a retailer's Listing card says "Shop Now" or "Add to Cart" is a direct result of the level of integration that retailer has granted Pour Now.

A lower level of technical integration will result in the call-to-action (CTA) "Shop Now", which drives the shopper to the Product Detail Page at that retailer.

A deeper level of technical integration will result in the CTA "Add to Cart", which allows us to inject the shopper directly into the checkout cart at that retailer.

We're continuously working with retailers to gain access to deeper levels of integration, often with the help of our brands.

Coming soon: We'll be launching a petition for all the brands on Pour Now to sign in order to get deeper levels of integration from the following retailers to start, and then more to follow:

  • Wine.com
  • Kroger
  • Albertsons
