How do I resend an expired invitation?

Did your teammate's invitation to Pour Now expire? Resend it to them!

Here's how to resend an invitation to the Pour Now platform. An invitation expires when it is not accepted within a set window after it is sent. Invites expire on purpose, so an unused access link does not stay open indefinitely. Once it expires, the original link no longer works, so you send a fresh one. 

1. Navigate to Users and Access

 

 

2. Click Pending Invitations to see whose invitations have not yet been accepted. Then, click Resend Invite.
