Pour Now subscription tiers and pricing
TL;DR. Pour Now has four subscription tiers: Starter (free), Small Business ($300/mo), Professional ($1,000/mo), and Enterprise ($2,000/mo). All subscriptions are one-year commitments, billed monthly or annually. Pricing is per brand, per market, so each brand you run and each market you run it in is its own subscription. Higher tiers add more marketing enablement and digital shelf insight. To move up, use Request Upgrade in your account and the team takes it from there. Simple.
What the plans are
Pour Now is sold as a monthly subscription with four tiers. Every tier gives your shoppers a real, buyable path to your products at e-com enabled retailers. What changes as you move up is how much marketing enablement and digital shelf insight you get on top of that.
Plan | Price (/mo) | Price (/yr) | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
Starter | $0/mo | $0/yr | Getting a brand live and seeing the basics |
Small Business | $300/mo | $3,600/yr | A brand running steady organic marketing with some paid marketing campaigns throughout the year |
Professional | $1,000/mo | $12,000/yr | Brands running active, paid campaigns who want to put results to work |
Enterprise | $2,000/mo | $24,000/yr | Brands that want the most advanced features and the deepest digital shelf insight |
How the pricing works
Pricing is per brand, per market. Three quick definitions so the math is never a surprise:
- Per brand. Each brand in your portfolio is priced on its own. If you run three brands, that is three subscriptions, and each one can sit on a different tier depending on what that brand needs.
- Per market. A market is a country. The USA is one market and the UK is one market, so a brand you run in both the USA and the UK is two subscriptions.
Picking a tier is about the marketing enablement a brand needs, not the size of the company. A single brand running heavy campaigns might sit on Professional while a larger portfolio keeps a quieter brand on Small Business.
Why the tiers are shaped this way
Pour Now's job is to get your shopper to a purchase at a retailer and measure it back to you. Every tier does that. The higher tiers exist for brands that want to do more with the results: run more marketing through Listings, get richer analytics, and use digital shelf insights to guide sales and distribution conversations. You pay for the enablement you will actually use, brand by brand.
How to see your plan or change it
- Log in to Pour Now and open the Brands page.
- Find the brand whose plan you want to check. Its current tier shows on the brand.
- To move up, click Upgrade, choose the tier you want, and click Request Upgrade.
- That sends your request to the Pour Now team. It does not change your plan or charge you right away. A team member will reach out to confirm timing and any billing changes before finalizing anything.
For billing details like the card on file or the billing contact, email billing@pour.now. See "How do I update my billing details?" for the full list of what the team can change.
What to expect
When it's working: you can see each brand's current tier on the Brands page, and after you send an upgrade request, a Pour Now team member follows up to walk through the change before it takes effect.
If something's off:
- You are not sure which tier a brand is on: check the Brands page, where the current plan shows on the brand. If it is still unclear, email help@pour.now.
- You want to downgrade or pause a brand: that is a quick email to help@pour.now rather than a self-serve button today, and the team will sort it with you.
